PRE-WEDDING CONSULTATION AND ON THE DAY COORDINATION

-       Scheduled personal consultation (up to 4 meetings, 2 hours each)

         1)        Pre-wedding consultation & planning (upon confirmation of service)​

         2)        Planning update

         3)        Rundown discussion (1-2 month(s) prior to event date)

         4)        Briefing with Bridal Party (1 week prior to event date)

-       Prepare and provide Couple with Budget & Planning checklist template

-      Regular email and messaging correspondence (via Zoom/Facetime/Whatsapp/WeChat)

-      Contact and coordinate confirmed venue & vendors

-       Prepare Wedding Itinerary and Program Rundown

-       Brief program rundown with confirmed venue & vendors a week prior to event day

-       Staging, Lighting and Audio Management on the day (venue’s in-house system)

-       Communicate and cooperate with confirmed venue & vendors on the day

-       Time Management and Coordination on the day
