•      PRE-WEDDING CONSULTATION AND ON THE DAY COORDINATION

-       Scheduled personal consultations (up to 4 meetings, 2 hours each)

         1)       ​Pre-wedding consultation & planning (upon confirmation of service)

         2)      Planning update

         3)      Rundown discussion (1-2 month(s) prior to event date)

         4)      Briefing with Bridal Party (1 week prior to event date)

         5)      Conduct site visit (as required)

-       Prepare and provide Couple with Budget & Planning Checklist template

-       Regular email and messaging correspondence (via Zoom/Facetime/WhatsApp/WeChat)

-       Contact and coordinate confirmed venue and vendors

-       Prepare Wedding Itinerary and Program Rundown

-       Coordination of Staging, Lighting and Audio Management on the day, and supervision of setup one day in advance (if required)

-       Brief program rundown with confirmed venue and vendors one week prior to event day

-      Coordinate loading arrangements (including production load-in and guest pick-up/drop off)

-      Communicate and cooperate with confirmed venue and vendors on the day
