-       Scheduled personal consultation (up to 4 meetings, 2 hours each)

         1)       Pre-wedding consultation & planning (upon confirmation of service)

         2)       Planning update

         3)       Rundown discussion (1-2 month(s) prior to event date)

         4)       Briefing with Bridal Party (1 week prior to event date)

         5)       One site visit by 2 planners

-       Prepare and provide Couple with Budget & Planning Checklist template

-       Regular email and messaging correspondence (via Zoom/Facetime/Whatsapp/Wechat)

-       Sourcing, communicating and cooperating with local planner, venue & vendors

-       Prepare Wedding Itinerary and Rundown

-       Check-in Management for guests staying at main host hotel/venue

-       Brief program rundown with confirmed venue and vendors 1-2 weeks prior to event day

-       Staging, Lighting & Audio Management on the day (venue’s in-house system)

-       Time Management & Coordination of local planner, venue and vendors for Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner (half day) and Wedding Day (full day)
